Overflow valves independent from back pressure, spring loaded.

UVU OVERFLOW VALVES

GEA overflow valves are designed to be used as relief valves in the refrigerant circulation of industrial refrigerating plants. Overflow valves are safety devices for protecting the refrigerating system or its components from excess pressure (see also DIN 8975 part 7). They open independently from back pressure and close completely within a pressure drop of 10 % below the set response pressure. They comply with the technical regulations of the German Technical Control Board (TÜV).
