GEA OPTILOADER 6000 / 5000
The GEA OptiLoader 6000 sets new standards for seamless integration into production lines, maximizing output while minimizing space requirements. The innovative belt system transports portions between a slicer and a GEA Thermoformer, buffering the reload time to avoid machine stoppages. Care is taken to handle the portions gently and accurately to maintain their quality. The modular design allows for easy customization and cost-effective maintenance. The OptiLoader 6000 also offers improved safety covers and seamless integration with the GEA Thermoformer. While the 6000 model is designed to integrate seamlessly with a GEA thermoformer, the OptiLoader 5000 has all the same features but on a conventional frame which can slot into your existing setup.
OptiLoader sets new standards for seamless line integration and ensures maximum output quantities while minimizing the footprint of a complete GEA slicing, loading and packaging line. This new belt loading system is placed between a slicer and a GEA thermoformer to transport portions, prepare them for the matrix of a packaging die set, and buffer the reloading time of a slicer to avoid any machine stoppages of the complete line.
Portions are transported in gentle manner to maintain accuracy and portion quality until they are safely enclosed into the pack. The modular design ensures easy customization and cost-effective maintenance. The OptiLoader 6000 offers excellent access to the side covers of the thermoformer and its new safety cover concept provides a temperature shield and dust protection as well as ensuring safe operation. This cutting-edge belt loading system is specifically designed to be incorporated with a GEA thermoformer. So close is the integration, in fact, that you might not even notice it in the line!
