Pharmaceutical Development
GEA is known all over the world for its individual and tailor-made process plant for the manufacture of free-flowing pharmaceutical and biotechnology products. Complete plant, modular equipment, process units and skids can be assembled, tested and qualified in our own production facilities. Afsluitkleppen
Aseptische afsluitkleppen met enkele zitting worden gebruikt voor het gecontroleerd openen en sluiten van pijplijnen in UltraClean- en aseptische verwerkingsinstallaties.
Analytische, in-line besturings- & meetapparatuur
Door procesbewaking met behulp van online analysesystemen te combineren met vaste principes van procesengineering en geavanceerde procesmodelleringstechnieken, kunnen processen actief bestuurd worden om invoervariaties te compenseren.
Aseptisch piggingsysteem
Met een aseptisch piggingsysteem kunnen waardevolle producten uit de productleiding worden teruggewonnen. Aangedreven door steriel water of perslucht duwt de 'pig' het product uit de leiding. De achterblijvende productresten aan de binnenkant van de productleiding kan vervolgens via CIP worden verwijderd.
Bemonsteringskleppen
Aseptische bemonsteringskleppen worden gebruikt voor veilige monstername in UltraClean- en aseptische verwerkingsinstallaties
